Reasons for looking forward to volunteering for compagnons Batisseurs in Belgium !!

Dear blog,

I am going to Belgium on the 1st of June as a volunteer for Compagnons Batisseurs. I am very much looking forward to going. I know I will have a great time and be able to contribute to the work of the charity which promotes exchanges, education and activities for young people. Also, I will be responsible for helping with the integration of disabled people. This is something which I have no experience of but I think that it is very useful and worthwhile to be able to help them join in and feel included so I would really like to give that a go.

I can't wait to be able to speak french everyday and improve my language knowledge !! 

At the moment I am working as an office temp and trying to save up to pay for an internet connection and mobile phone contract to be able to stay in contact with family and friends. Importantly, I am also trying to learn more french.
